Take a minute

Take a minute to look at your food and appreciate how it will nourish you and keep you healthy.

Take a minute to drink water between bites which will help you eat less while keeping your skin gorgeous.

Take a minute to sit around the table and interact with your friends and family - what's the rush?

Take a minute to think about that going back for seconds...are you satisfied or just eating to eat?
